Health is very important to everyone.It can mean mental health and physical health.To achieve this goal,we should eat healthy food such as vegetables ,fruits and fiber,away from fast food,chips etc;drink a lot of water insteads of soft drink;do some exercises.Mentally,we can talk about your feelings ,it can help you stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled.we should also ask for help if we cant fix the problem.
