与ATL之父面对面：没有“失败教育” 就可能教育失败！ Courage Resilience and Failing Well

ATL学习法（Approaches to Learning Skills）
作为重视全人教育，全面发展的IB世界学校，青苗在多年来的教育工作中也注重孩子们心灵的成长与软技能的培养。我们选中的这条IB之路也是深思熟虑后的结果。ATL技能就是IB教育中独特而闪亮的重要构件。
在IB教育中，ATL（Approach to Teaching and Learning）学习法的学习与实践可以说是贯穿了PYP, MYP 和DP这三个不同年龄段的全教学过程，帮助学生成长为自主的终身学习者。尤其在MYP中学阶段（即G6至G10年级），ATL的全部技能将在各年级教师组长的带领下，通过课程、非学术性活动及心理辅导课程等方式对学生进行教授。目前，在青苗，ATL被分为沟通技能、社交技能、自我管理、调研研究和思维能力五大部分。并且在青苗我们把ATL学习法的传授融入到了各个学科学习中，这就意味着，每一个学科的每一个单元教学计划中，除了包含知识点的教学任务，还加入了ATL的学习技能培养计划，帮助学生们同时掌握学术知识与核心软实力。

Lance King, a principal designer of the ‘Approaches to Learning’ ATL framework for the International Baccalaureate IB, is an internationally respected author, teacher and workshop facilitator. Between 2.00pm 3.30pm on December 5th, Wednesday, 2018, the education guru will share with BIBS parents the thinking and parenting strategies to help our children to develop capacities to deal with pressure and stress, to overcome difficulties, and to develop resilience.
