I’m overwhelmed with joy to know that you will come to China to study and stay with a host family.Here is specific information with regard to Chinese customs, hoping you will have a fabulous time here.

First and foremost, I can’t help extending my heartfelt congratulations to you on this precious opportunity.When it comes to the cultural difference, there is no denying the fact that some cultural shocks do exist. Take greeting people for example. When you first meet someone in your country, you might hug and kiss him or her, which is not a common practice in China. By contrast, the best way of greeting is to shake hands, a friendly greeting in Chinese situation. If you are unsure what to do, it makes great sense to remember the saying “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” and you’ll be quite well accepted by Chinese.
