这个教科书金句的深刻含义:

甚至因为中秋月饼该吃什么馅
甜咸两党又掀起了战争……
嘛,让他们去吵吧

管它什么甜咸,好吃就行√
所以我们不如

京式月饼
Beijing-style mooncake
起源于京津及周边地区。
京式月饼主要有两类:提浆月饼受苏式月饼影响,饼面图案美观,口感艮酥不硬,香味浓郁;酥皮月饼(又叫“翻毛月饼”),饼皮层次分明、松酥,馅利口不粘。
The Beijing-style mooncake is often meticulously decorated. This style has two variations. One, called "di qiang"(维基原文,对歪果仁的发言已无力吐槽), was influenced by the Suzhou-style mooncake. It has a light, foamy dough as opposed to a flaky one. The other variation, called "fan mao", has a flaky, white dough.
广式月饼
Cantonese-style mooncake
大概是全国最常见的月饼了。
广式月饼发源于广东、广西二省,皮薄松软、造型美观、图案精致、花纹清晰、不易破碎、包装讲究、携带方便。
Originating from Guangdong and Guangxi provinces, the Cantonese mooncakes has multiple variations.
潮式月饼
Chaoshan-style mooncake
潮式月饼同苏式月饼一样,属于酥皮类月饼。它比苏式月饼稍大,与广式月饼形制相似,但又相较稍薄。皮酥馅细,油不肥舌,甜不腻口。由于其酥皮是由面粉掺猪油烘烤而成,潮式月饼有明显的猪油香味。
This is another flaky crust variety, but is larger in size than the Suzhou variety. It is close in diameter to the Cantonese style, but thinner. A variety of fillings are used, but the aroma of lard after roasting is emphasised.
苏式月饼
Suzhou-style mooncake
苏式月饼源于苏州,历史可以追踪到两个世纪以前。它深受江浙地区人民的喜爱:皮层酥松,色泽美观,馅料香甜,肥而不腻,口感松酥。
This style began more than a thousand years ago, and is known for its layers of flaky dough and generous allotment of sugar and lard. Within this regional type, there are more than a dozen variations. It is also smaller than most other regional varieties.
滇式月饼
Yunnan-style mooncake
滇式月饼俗称“硬壳月饼”。其独特风味主要来源于饼皮:糯米粉、小麦粉和昆明郊区呈贡县的紫麦粉都是滇式月饼饼皮的原料。滇式月饼代表作就是著名的云腿月饼和鲜花饼啦w
Its distinctive feature is the combination of various flours for the dough, and includes rice flour, wheat flour, and buckwheatflour. Most of the variations are sweet.
港式月饼
Hong Kong-style mooncake
除了京广潮苏滇这五大传统流派,极富创新意识的香港人所创造的港式月饼也是异军突起。近年来大热的流心奶黄月饼、冰皮月饼都是港式月饼的代表作。
Hong Kong has gained its own style of mooncakes. While Hongkongers typically eat Cantonese-style mooncakes, local inventions such as lava custardand snow skin mooncake have been appearing over the last few decades.
