2、关于：苦难

思想深刻的文学艺术作品大多出现在比较动荡的年代。平淡顺利的生活很难在人们的脑海里留下太深的痕迹。

那些在蜜罐中成长，没有经历过真正的挫折的人生，往往缺少厚重的质地。想要内心变得强大,思想变得深刻，苦难是必经之路。因此，不必害怕经历苦难。

Most of literary and artistic works with profound thought appear at the age of turbulence . Life of everydayness hardly makes a deep impression upon people.

Those who have grown up in happiness and seldom experienced any frustration are lack of stable and mature quality. Sufferings are always on the way to obtain strong heart and profound mind .So no need to be afraid of sufferings.

3、关于：情商

在一段动荡的历史时期，能安然无恙地幸存下来的往往不是智商高的人，不是身体好的人，而是情商高的人。

他们能敏锐感受到社会或自然环境的变化并正确预测事态的发展趋势。所以情商才是关乎个人生存和人类生存的最重要能力。

Re: EQ （Emotional Quotient)

In the age of turbulence, usually the people who can survive and remain safe and sound are neither those with higher IQ, nor those with stronger body. Instead, the survived ones are those with higher EQ.

They can feel the social or environmental changes sharply and predict developmental trend correctly . So EQ is the most important ability related with individual survival and human existence.
