Mankind has ever changing natural environment, in order to improve his way of life. With the tools of technology he has altered many physical features of the earth.

He has transformed woodlands and prairies into farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or hydroelectric power. Man has also swamp

drainage, chisel stone opened, to build roads and railways, change the face of the earth.

However, humans are changing the natural environment does not always bring beneficial results. Today, air and water pollution is more and more serious damage to the

health of the planet. Every motor vehicle exhaust pipes of tens of thousands of tons of waste gas. Factory to release the smoke pollute the air in the industrial

area and the surrounding countryside. Water pollution is also harmful to the whole ecological balance of the sea are damaged, creatures of industrial waste water has
